LICENSED AIRCRAFT ENGINEER / TEAM LEADER

Excellent opportunity for a group rated (aeroplane multiple piston engines) engineer to assist with the maintenance of RVL Group's current and future fleet of Cessna piston and turbine twin-engine aircraft under its Part 145 approval. The successful applicant will lead a small dedicated engineering team involved in all aspects of aircraft maintenance and will have experience of working in a Part 145 Maintenance Organisation. Applicants must have previous experience as a Team Leader/Shift Supervisor and be able to demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills in order to motivate a team to meet tight time constraints, manage resources and work to the highest standards. License coverage EASA Part 66 B1 Group Aeroplanes Multiple Piston Engines - Metal Structure is essential and EASA Part 66 "C" Certifier on Group Aeroplanes Multiple Piston Engines - Metal Structure - Plus Turbine Aeroplanes B1 would be advantageous. The role involves shift working (currently Mon - Friday early or late shifts alternating weekly) but may involve weekend and night work in the future.
