RVL Aviation appoints The Rt Hon Mark Harper as a non-executive director

Specialist aviation services provider RVL Aviation is pleased to announce the appointment of The Rt Hon Mark Harper as a non-executive director of the company.

Mark was Secretary of State for Transport from October 2022 to July 2024 and previously served as Government Chief Whip from May 2015 until July 2016. Other Government appointments included Minister for Political and Constitutional Reform, Minister for Immigration and Minister for Disabled People and he served as shadow Minister for Defence. He was the MP for the Forest of Dean constituency from 2005 to 2024.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Mark has worked for KPMG and the Intel Corporation in finance, business operations and marketing.
